INITIAL FEES AND DEPOSITS

APPLICATION FEES: (NONREFUNDABLE) No application fee required.

Pet Fee (NONREFUNDABLE / If allowed for property): No Pets Allowed

HOLDING DEPOSIT $500.00: This holds the property until FULL payment is received. At that time the deposit is applied to the FULL Payment, which MUST be received by December 12 of the year of use or deposit will be lost.
