INITIAL FEES AND DEPOSITS
APPLICATION FEES: (NONREFUNDABLE) Per
Adult Applicant $50.00 Unless
written special savings or coupon is offered.
Pet Fee (MAY BE NON-REFUNDABLE / If allowed for
property): $500.00
HOLDING DEPOSIT: This holds
the property until move in. At that time the deposit is applied to the
security deposit or rent. (REFUNDABLE IF NOT APPROVED)
Due to the high demand for rental homes, we will not
remove the property you applied for from the rental market unless you
provide the required holding deposit.
SECURITY DEPOSIT: One month’s rent (or other as agreed). This is to protect
the Landlord against damage and other unpaid charges. If there are no
damages or unpaid charges, the security deposit will be returned within
(30) days after the receipt of all keys and any additional properties
included in lease.
REMOVAL AND STORAGE OF APPLIANCES FEES: those tenants who
want to use their own appliances (in properties where they are already
furnished must pay the removal and storage fees for the appliances being
removed.
